1. Boutique Philosophy & Order Terms
Mercantile Muse is a small business rooted in creativity, artistry, and intentional craftsmanship. Our products include handcrafted beaded pens, bracelets, keychains, repurposed decor, and accessories. Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our items, quantities are limited, and once sold out, designs may not be restocked.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. Order confirmation emails do not guarantee acceptance. Pricing, availability, and shipping times are subject to change without notice.
2. Custom Work & Design Variations
We welcome custom creations and personalized designs. Custom orders must be pre-approved and paid for in full before production begins. Because of their custom nature, all custom orders are final sale.
Due to the handmade nature of our work, minor variations in color, size, and shape are to be expected and celebrated. These do not qualify as defects.
3. Shipping, Processing & Limitations
- Processing Time: 2–3 business days
- Shipping Within the U.S. Only: We do not currently offer international shipping.
- Delivery Time: Typically 4–7 business days from shipment
- Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or weather disruptions.

4. Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Item arrived damaged, defective, or missing essential parts
- You contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery
- You provide proof of purchase and photos if requested

- Sale or clearance items
- Items worn, altered, or used
